How to request for a tutor?
1. You can either fill up the request form Here. Or call us at 65608568
2. We will contact you if there is any clarification required.
3. We will contact you if a tutor has been found based on your requirement. An arrangement for the first lesson will be made if you are satisfactied with the tutor
4. After the first lesson, we will call you for any feedback. If you are satisfied with the recommended tutor, then the tutor will proceed with the second lesson. If you are not satisfied, we will arrange for another tutor.
Tuition Fee and charges
50% of the first month tuition fee will be collected from the parent after the first lesson. The remaining 50% of the tuition fee will be paid to the tutor directly after the first month. The fees should be paid directly to the tutor in the subsequent months,
Payment method
The payment can be done by either cheque or bank transfer. We may also arrange a despatch to collect the payment from you.
Change of Tutor
If you are not satisfied with the tutor, please contact ua and we will assist you to get a replacement tutor with no fee and charge.
